Hey there, wellness enthusiasts! It's Jules, your Essential Oils Specialist, and today we're doing something super fun—bringing the spa to your home! Who doesn't love a good spa day, right? But what if I told you that you could recreate that luxurious spa experience right in the comfort of your home using doTERRA essential oils? Yep, you heard me right!
Why doTERRA?
Before we dive into the DIYs, let's talk about why doTERRA oils are your best bet for a spa-like experience. These oils are Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade®, meaning they're pure, natural, and free from synthetic fillers. In other words, they're the real deal, and they're perfect for pampering yourself.
DIY Face Mask
Let's kick things off with a rejuvenating face mask. All you need is:
1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon of honey
2 drops of doTERRA Lavender oil

Mix these ingredients together and apply the mask to your face. Leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then rinse. The Lavender oil helps to soothe and nourish the skin, while the yogurt and honey offer moisturizing benefits.
Relaxing Bath Soak
Next up is a bath soak that'll make you feel like you're floating in a cloud.
1 cup of Epsom salts
4 drops of doTERRA Frankincense oil
3 drops of doTERRA Roman Chamomile oil
Add the Epsom salts to a warm bath and then add the essential oils. Soak for at least 20 minutes to let the oils work their magic. Frankincense is great for grounding, while Roman Chamomile offers calming effects.
Foot Scrub
Don't forget those tired feet!
1/2 cup of coconut oil
1/2 cup of sugar
5 drops of doTERRA Peppermint oil

Mix these ingredients together to form a scrub. Massage your feet with this refreshing blend, and then rinse. Peppermint oil offers a cooling sensation that's perfect for tired feet.
Hair Treatment
Last but not least, let's give some love to those locks.
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 drops of doTERRA Rosemary oil

Mix the olive oil and Rosemary oil together and apply it to your hair. Wrap your hair in a towel and let it sit for at least 30 minutes before washing it out. Rosemary oil is known for its benefits for hair health.
Wrap-Up
And there you have it—a day in the spa with Jules, featuring some of my favorite doTERRA oils. These DIY treatments are simple, natural, and incredibly effective. Plus, they offer a moment of self-care that we all deserve.
So go ahead, give these DIY spa treatments a try and let me know how you feel. Trust me, your body and soul will thank you!
