I’m beyond excited to share that in May 2024, I officially became a Certified Spinal Flow Practitioner! It’s been an incredible journey, and I can’t wait to tell you all about it.
It all started in December 2023, when I embarked on my training in the Spinal Flow Technique. After months of learning, I had the amazing opportunity to travel to Barcelona in April 2024 for an intensive week of hands-on training in this life-changing modality. That week in Barcelona didn’t just enhance my skills—it changed my life! The immersion in Spinal Flow and the knowledge I gained from it left a profound impact on both my personal and professional journey.
Once I returned home, I immediately set to work on completing my certification. This involved carrying out 10 case studies and creating a series of videos, all of which helped me refine my practice even further. I’m thrilled to share that since qualifying, I’ve been fully booked with clients, which is probably why I’m only just getting around to writing this post!
What is Spinal Flow?
The Spinal Flow Technique is a gentle, non-invasive method that supports the body’s ability to heal by regulating the nervous system. It’s suitable for everyone—from infants to the elderly—and can help with a wide range of health and wellbeing issues. I’ve had the privilege of working with clients dealing with:
Headaches
Mobility pains
Peripheral neuropathy
Fibromyalgia
Sleep disturbances
Anxiety, stress, depression
And many other conditions that stem from blockages within the body.
Spinal Flow works by detecting and releasing these blockages, helping to restore balance to the body and mind.
What to Expect During a Session
During a Spinal Flow session, you’ll remain fully clothed and lie face down on a comfortable massage table. The environment is designed to promote relaxation, with soothing music and the calming scent of essential oils filling the room. The session itself is very gentle, and you’ll leave feeling deeply relaxed and reconnected with your body.
Book a Session
I’m currently based in Odd Down, Bath, where I offer sessions for £40. If you’re curious about the Spinal Flow Technique and how it can help with your own health and wellbeing, I’d love to welcome you for a session. Email me on hello@julesguymer.com.
I also invite you to follow my journey and learn more about this new and exciting modality on Instagram and Facebook. There, I share insights, tips, and success stories from the practice.
