Laughing not Crying

I was in the shower when suddenly, a huge smile spread across my face—ear to ear. Then, I started laughing.
It was such a joyous, spontaneous moment that caught me off guard. It was special because it reminded me of a time when I didn’t smile or laugh in the shower. Instead, I cried, using the sound of the water to hide my tears. I’m sure some of you have been there too.
Over the past few years, three words have come to mean a lot to me: Love, Freedom, and Joy. They perfectly capture how I feel now.
Our lives can change. We just need to hold on to hope and faith that we will find what we need to make life more joyful, to experience more love, and to embrace true freedom.
I'm living proof that transformation is possible. To reach a place where I feel gratitude and love for myself is incredibly joyful.
It didn’t happen overnight. It took me five years of hard work, self-belief, and strength to get here. I had to truly believe that change was possible.
So keep the faith, keep the hope, and it will happen. You too will experience Love, Freedom, and Joy again—just as I have.
With love,
Jules x
